Due to circumstances beyond the control of the rental depots, it may be neccessary to substitute motorhome models. The depot will endeavour to give you the same type of motorhome.
We want to ensure that the terms and conditions of
a motor home rental are clearly and completely explained. Please
find below our detailed terms and conditions.

General
Motorhome Hire Spain (MHHS) hereby notifies that it acts only in the
capacity of agent for the renters in all matters related to travel on
the express condition that MHHS shall not become liable for any delay,
loss or accident incurred by the renters in relation to the motorhome
rental. This includes consequential damages.
In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for the well
being of the passenger or for any reason whatsoever to alter
confirmed arrangements, such alterations may be without penalty
to MHHS. Additional expenses, if any, shall be paid by the passenger.
Neither MHHS nor the lessor of a Motorhome nor any other supplier
shall be liable for delays caused by acts of God, war, strikes,
labor disputes, work stoppage, fire, or acts of the public enemy,
nor for any cause beyond the control of the supplier or MHHS.

Reservation
Agreement
Under the terms of this program we accept by email your Reservation Request.
On this request you, the customer, are bound until our reply is received.
At the time of our confirmation all Terms and Conditions of
this agreement will be established between the customer and MHHS.
We will not sign any contract under altered or additional conditions.

Payment and
Rates
Confirmation of a reservation will be sent by email.
After receipt of the confirmation a prepayment of 35% of the
rental charges will be charged to your credit card.
Full payment is due on the day of pickup.
For all bookings only payment by credit card will be accepted.
Please advise Credit Card details together with the reservation
request. Credit Cards must be issued in the name of the person
who signed the reservation request. Otherwise reservation requests
cannot be handled. We accept Mastercard and VISA Credit Card.
All payments must be free of bank charges.
Please note: Never send a payment directly to any rental station.
All our rates are subject to change without prior notice.
When we receive notice of an alteration of Governmental / State
Taxes, we will inform the customer accordingly. The difference
amount will be collected before vehicle pick up.

Alterations
and Cancellations of Motorhome Reservations
Any alterations to a booking after it has been confirmed will incur a Euro50 fee!
If there is a cancellation of the reservation in total we will not refund
the deposit. We will, however, allow you to use it against a new motorhome
rental with us for use within 12 months.
Cancellations should be made by email.

Cancellation
by MHHS
If we have information on hand, that a supplier is not able to fulfill
the services ordered, we reserve the right to cancel our agreements/reservations
with this Agency. If available, we will offer replacement service or reimburse
the money received.

Damage Deposit
As a precaution for damages, it is necessary to make a €700 deposit
by means of credit card at pickup. If the vehicle is returned undamaged,
the cancelled credit card slip will be returned to you.

Early Returns
or Late Pickups / Transfer
No refund will be made for early returns, late pickups or any unused portion
of a rental or a service. An Early Return or a Late Pickup may also result
in higher rates, which will be charged to the customer and directly collected
by the Rental Company.

Changes directly
with the supplier
We do not take any liability neither physical nor material nor financial,
if a confirmed reservation is changed, altered or cancelled by the customer
directly with the supplier. There is no refund of the paid rental charges.
- One Way Trips
If the drop-off point for the Motorhome is different from the pick-up point,
i.e. a one-way trip, a charge of will be levied of €0.60/Km within
France and €0.75/Km outside of France to return it to its point of
origin
- Complaints
In case of any disturbance, breakdown or other problem with the motorhome
or any other service provided by MHHS, the customer is obliged to do everything
possible to solve this problem by himself in accordance with the supplier's
terms and conditions. So no damage or only minimized damage, neither physical,
nor material nor financial will occur.
All concerns a customer may have, he must report immediately to the
supplier of the providing services. E. g. each and every disturbance,
breakdown or other problem with the rental car or any other service booked
through MHHS.
This information will enabled the supplier to an instant support and/or
repair before any damage will occur.
A customer will not be eligible for a compensation, if he did not follow
this obligation.
All complaints must reach us in writing within one month after the rental
was returned or the service booked was fulfilled.

Motorhome
Rentals
We will make every effort to provide the renter with the motorhome reserved.
If not available, we reserve the right to substitute models of similar
or higher quality. If the customer accepts the higher standard motorhome,
he cannot claim extra costs for e.g. higher fuel consumption, ferry-boat-fares,
road tolls etc.
Should a model of a lower standard be offered and accepted,
liability will be limited to refund of price differential between
motorhome paid and motorhome taken. Should a lower standard motorhome
be requested by a customer at pickup, no refund will be due.
The renter and drivers are obliged to check the condition of
the vehicle at pickup, and observe the terms and conditions of
the rental agreement which have to be signed in the rental station
before car delivery.
During the rent the customer must keep the motorhome in operational
and traffic safe condition. All services and car-checks must
be carried out in accordance to the regulations of the agreement
with the rental company. Oil, tires, lights, brakes, cooling
system etc. must be monitored by the renter/driver.
Use of motorhomes is limited to sealed (paved) roads only.
The renter is responsible for the full amount of the total damage
for all damages to the vehicle as a result of disregarding these
conditions, of driving on unauthorized roads, under the influence
of drugs or alcohol, of intentional damages or due to negligence.
This refers also to non accidental damages, damages due to freezing,
damages to tires, wheels, glass, etc.
Please note that there is no international classifying system
for Motorhomes. The standard and the equipment of vehicles with
the same lessor, but also between different companies within
the same country and between companies in different countries
may vary.
All travel into neighboring countries must be advised along
with the booking and will be confirmed by MHHS in writing. The
customer himself must understand and follow the Visa, Passport,
Health and Foreign Money Exchange regulations of the country
he will visit. Even if all documents and permits are on hand
and available for border crossing, we and the rental company
will not take any guarantee or warranty that the entrance will
be allowed by border controlling authorities.
No warranties are made concerning fuel mileage and fuel tank
capacity. We assume no liability for fuel consumption rates.
All fuel usage, propane refilling, toilet chemical purchases,
car dumping, caravan park expenses, toll fees, ferry costs etc.
occurring during a trip are at customer's expenses.
No warranties are made concerning vehicle sizes and vehicle
equipment.
The rented vehicles must be returned to the Rental Company at
the agreed Day, Location, and Time, and as checked out, cleaned
inside & outside, with emptied sewage & toilet tank.
The due date is included on our Confirmation email. Penalties
are charged by the Rental Company for late returns, and the Renter
will be held fully liable for all financial damages resulting
from the late return. MHHS is not liable for any agreement directly
made between the Customer and the Rental Company.
Customers are responsible for reporting all damages and accidents,
and payment of all parking/traffic violations at rental termination.

Governing
Law
Any and all disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
